Rah-e-Wafa Ke Musafir

(Travlers on the Path of Constancy)

rah-e-wafa ke musafir ruka nahiN karte

[ travelers of the path of constancy do not stop ]

jo thak bhi jayeN qadam, dil thaka nahiN karte

[ even if (physically) exhausted, their passions stay firm (as ever) ]

yaqiN ke peR pe, nafrat ka phal nahiN lagta

[ the tree of belief (faith) does not bear fruit of hatred ]

sanam mile na mile, ham gila nahiN karte

[ whether we find the beloved or not, we do not complain ]

رہِ وفا  کے  مسافر

رہِ وفا    کے   مسافر   رکا    نہیں    کرتے 

جو تھک بھی جائیں قدم دل تھکا نہیں کر تے 

یقیں کے  پیڑ  پہ  نفرت  کا  پھل  نہیں  لگتا 

صنم  ملے  نہ  ملے   ہم  گلہ  نہیں  کرتے
